Which purchases qualify?
We understand that sometimes purchasing an item without trying it on in person may not work out. That is why we offer a return / credit option for Canadian and USA buyers on items such as clothing and footwear where sizing can be an issue. Items not involving size or fit such as bags, jewelry, and accessories, are final sale. We make best efforts to provide accurate measurements but if you have additional questions about size or fit please let us know prior to placing your order and we will happily assist you.
Qualifying online purchases made directly from our website www.imissyouvintage.com may be returned for credit or refund within 24 hours of receipt. Purchases made in our physical retail store or from I Miss You Vintage via other online marketplaces and sales channels are final sale.
International customers: At this time all orders shipped outside of Canada or USA are final sale.
Can I get a refund or credit?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt of your package to notify us of your intention to return the item(s). Any requests made after a period longer than 24 hours cannot be honoured. Once your request is received, we will confirm return instructions and advise on eligibility for refund or credit. If the item has not already been paid out to our Consignor we can refund the original purchase price. If the item has already been paid out to our Consignor we can issue a credit for use on our website or in store. Refunds or credits will be issued after receipt of returned merchandise.
Please do not remove return tags.
All items are shipped with a plastic return tag attached. Items must be returned in the same original condition with the return tag still attached. Any items received with the return tag removed will not be eligible for refund or credit.
Who pays return shipping?
The cost of original shipping (if applicable) and return shipping is non-refundable. However Canadian buyers who originally paid for their order with Paypal are eligible for reimbursement of return shipping costs directly from Paypal.

Did you know that if you originally paid for your purchase using Paypal, you can be reimbursed for up to $30 CAD in return shipping by Paypal? After shipping your return to us, you may file a request for refund directly from Paypal. Submitting shipping refund claims to Paypal are handled by the buyer and we do not submit claims on behalf of the buyer. More information can be found at the following link:
What if I didn't pay with Paypal or are a USA customer?
We also offer a return shipping credit for Canadian or USA buyers who are not eligible for the above Paypal shipping refund if you submit a new order valued at $199 CAD or more from us within 10 days of your original return. After your qualifying new order is placed, we will happily apply the cost of return shipping as a credit to your new purchase. Just send us an email after submitting your order and show us your return shipping receipt. Additional free shipping discounts or coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with this offer.
Where do I ship my return?
After your return is authorized, we will provide detailed return shipping details.
USA customers. Please wait for specific return instructions before sending your package back. Returned packages that arrive with additional customs and brokerage charges as a result of not following return instructions will see these fees deducted from the refund or credit. Please do not ship packages back to our third party carrier’s Niagara Falls USA return address that appears on your package as it will take 6-8 weeks to be re-directed back to us.
