Which purchases qualify?

We understand that sometimes purchasing an item without trying it on in person may not work out.  We offer a return option for Canadian buyers on items such as clothing and footwear where sizing can be an issue. Items not involving size or fit such as bags, jewelry, and accessories, are final sale.   We make best efforts to provide accurate measurements but if you have additional questions about size or fit please let us know prior to placing your order and we will happily assist you.  

Qualifying online purchases made directly from our website may be returned for refund within 24 hours of receipt. Items purchased using third party financing can be returned for refund. Purchases made via third party online marketplaces are final sale. 

Watches:   All watches are checked by a third party gemologist / watch expert and are confirmed to be in proper mechanical working condition at time of sale.  As a reseller, we do not offer warranties or perform additional servicing on watches beyond a 7 day return window for mechanical issues only. 

Condition:  As resellers of pre-owned branded merchandise, we are not affiliated with the brands we sell and do not offer any kind of warranty or repair service for damages or product wear like the original manufacturer after the item has been received by the buyer.  All items are sold in the condition as described and we are not responsible for defects that occur in the care of the buyer.

All items are second hand and pre-owned and although we make every effort to describe condition flaws, there is some degree of imperfection expected with resale items as they are not factory brand new and may have microscopic flaws. We note general flaws that we think will be of interest to the average buyer but if you are a very picky buyer and are expecting factory perfect condition, it is up to you to ask additional questions about condition prior to buying as WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS DUE TO SMALL FLAWS that are not glaringly obvious to the average person when carried / worn. 

International customers:  At this time all orders shipped outside of Canada are final sale.

 Can I get a refund? 

Please contact us at within 24 hours of receipt of your package to notify us of your intention to return the item(s) for size fit of clothing and shoes only.  Handbags, jewelry, and accessories, are final sale.  Any requests made after a period longer than 24 hours cannot be honoured. Once your request is received, we will confirm return instructions.

Please do not remove return tags. 

All items are shipped with a plastic return tag attached. Items must be returned in the same original condition with the return tag still attached.  Any items received with the return tag removed will not be eligible for refund.

Who pays return shipping?

The cost of original shipping and return shipping is non-refundable. However Canadian buyers who originally paid for their order with Paypal are eligible for reimbursement of return shipping costs directly from Paypal.

After shipping your return to us, you may file a request for refund directly from Paypal.
