Cartier Santos 100 Stainless Steel Alligator Band Automatic Watch 2878.  Stainless steel 34mm case, white dial, roman numerals, luminous hands, push button deployant clasp. Automatic self winding movement. Octagonal crown with faceted blue cabochon. Stainless steel bezel with screws. Sapphire crystal. 

Estimated circa 2008.

Currenly set to about 6.5" circumference.  Band can be adjusted. 

Excellent pre-owned condition. Fine hairline scratching on bezel and clasp. 

Dark slate grey aligator band is a newer Cartier branded replacement.  Older band is also included.
