HANDLING TIME:

Please allow 1-2 business days not including weekends and holidays for handling after cleared payment.  We ship Tuesday to Friday during business hours.  Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.  Although some states in the US may have Saturday postal service, Canada Post does not.

CONFIRMED ADDRESS:

For customers who have paid with Paypal, we only ship to the confirmed shipping address on the Paypal payment.  If you require shipment to an alternate address we require you to change the shipping information in Paypal prior to making payment. Please provide a valid shipping address.  Packages addressed to US customers that are returned due to non-delivery can take 6-8 weeks to be sent back to us.

LOCAL PICK UP:

Local pick-up option is available at checkout.  Please come by the shop during regular business hours. 

RATES:

We are currently offering reduced flat rate fixed shipping fees that are much less that what the actual carrier charges us.  We charge a flat rate of $10.00 within Ontario, $12 to Quebec, and $18 for the rest of Canada. US customers pay $20 or $30 depending on final package weight. International customers pay calculated shipping based on destination country.  International customers please inquire for an advance shipping quote. 

CARRIER:

All orders will be shipped with Canada Post, FedEx, or local white glove courier company.  Express priority overnight shipments will be shipped with DHL or FedEx. We reserve the right to ship with the carrier of our choice based on available options to your destination.

TRACKING:

All packages will be shipped with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. Tracking numbers will be updated to your Order and Paypal (if applicable) after shipping.

POSTAL INSURANCE:

Items are sent with the standard $100 of insured value.  If you wish to have your package insured for full retail value please contact us to obtain a quote.  Any carrier losses cannot be re-imbursed above the insured value. 

TRANSIT TIMES:

Packages to the US can take about 4-10 business days depending on destination state.  Packages within Canada will be shipped using Canada Post Expedited parcel (about 1-7 business days depending on destination province) or Xpresspost (1-4 days depending on destination province).  

Please note transit times are only postal estimates and not guarantees.  Please consider that destinations geographically farther from us in Toronto, Canada will have to travel a longer distance to reach you. Items may also take longer due to customs or other postal delays. 

EXPRESS OVERNIGHT SHIPPING:

If you require delivery by a specific date please contact us in advance so we can recommend a carrier that can meet your deadline.  Also, if you require express overnight shipping using FedEx or another courier company, please contact us in advance for detailed quotes and transit times.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES:

International buyers may be subject to additional duties and taxes as assessed by their local customs office based on declared value of goods.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase. US buyers are allowed to import up to $800 USD duty and tax free from Canada.
