Ecom / Social Media Product Photography
We are looking for a photographer with amazing visual and design sense to join our team. This is a back of house position requiring the candidate to create product photos for ecom and social media. This includes basic studio photography of weekly incoming product and assisting with social media content creation.
Summary of Qualifications:
- You don't need to be a professional photographer (we are willing to train the right candidate) but...
- Basic camera phone photography skills or studio
- Basic Photoshop editing skills
- Exceptional visual and design sense
- Keen eye to identify visual errors or inconsistencies
- Understanding of visual composition and arrangement
- Ability to style fashion products for best view
- Handling of high-value luxury items with care
- Follows direction well for tasking
- Ability to work in a rapid high volume turn-over environment
- Can work independently and manage time effectively
- will be required to produce a large volume of high quality images under daily production time deadlines
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ideally minimum Monday / Tuesday availability
- Part time (possibility for full time)
Bonus assets:
- professional photography experience
- familiarity with major runway fashion labels / current fashion trends
- knowledge of social media (IG, FB, TikTok) trends, functions, and content creation
- Previous experience with online platforms (Shopify, etc..) or resale marketplaces (Poshmark, Etsy, EBay, Grailed, etc..)
- Any other luxury fashion, consignment boutique, or ecom experience
