Retail Fashion Boutique Manager - Sales, Consignment Intake, Resale Pricing


This is a great opportunity to join the team at a well-established and busy independent retail boutique on trendy and vibrant Ossington Avenue. We are looking for an enthusiastic fashion-savvy person with amazing visual and fashion editing skills to join our team. The position requires the candidate to independently manage the entire retail store and its operation including all point of sale cashier and retail sales functions; administrative duties such as intake, creation, and management of consignment accounts; customer service and client management; social media management; and physical maintenance of the store including visual merchandising, restocking, and housekeeping.

Summary of Qualifications:

  • Please outline your RETAIL FASHION, CASHIER, RETAIL MANAGEMENT, and KEY-HOLDER experience.
  • familiarity with MAJOR RUNWAY FASHION labels and current fashion trends and ability to work with and EDIT luxury designer merchandise with ease
  • Knowledge of current retail pricing of designer label clothing, experience working in a consignment store, online resale fashion sales (Poshmark, Etsy, Grailed, etc..), visual merchandising, knowledge of fashion history, social media content creation, etc… will all be considered assets so please outline related experience in a cover letter to give yourself an advantage.
  • We are looking for a CONFIDENT, SELF-MOTIVATED individual with excellent TIME MANAGEMENT skills, who is able to MUTI-TASK and deliver high quality work in a busy retail environment.
  • Must be highly ORGANIZED and DETAIL ORIENTED as the employee must keep track of thousands of items owned by multiple Consignors
  • Strong ADMINISTRATIVE and computer skills are required to keep track of client data and lists.
  • Must be able to WORK INDEPENDENTLY with no supervision and make executive decisions using COMMON SENSE judgment.
  • Excellent SALES and NEGOTIATION skills to meet store revenue targets
  • Must be able to offer impeccable CUSTOMER SERVICE to HIGH-END clientele

Retail Consignment Fashion Boutique – Ecom operations / Social Media


This is a great opportunity to join the team at a well-established and busy independent retail boutique on trendy and vibrant Ossington Avenue. We are looking for a fashion-loving person with amazing visual and design sense to join our team. This is a back of house position requiring the candidate to independently manage the entire ecom / website operations.  This includes basic studio photography of incoming product, online upload, assisting with social media content creation, maintaining ecom marketing,  management of social media account, ecom customer service support, and receiving and fulfilling online orders.

Summary of Qualifications:

  • Exceptional visual and design sense and styling
  • familiarity with major runway fashion labels / current fashion trends
  • Basic camera phone photography skills or studio
  • Basic Photoshop editing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal CUSTOMER SERVICE skills to perform online customer support by phone, email, and DM
  • Ability to work with high-value luxury items with care
  • Thorough knowledge of social media (IG, FB, TikTok) trends, functions, and content creation
  • ability to work in a rapid high volume turn-over environment INDEPENDENTLY with excellent TIME MANAGEMENT skills
  • Detail oriented and organized

Bonus assets:

  • Previous experience with online platforms (Shopify, etc..)  or resale marketplaces (Poshmark, Etsy, EBay, Grailed, etc..)
  • Any other luxury fashion, consignment boutique, or ecom experience
